Here are a few things you can do today:

’ĢRead the book recommended in the emergency page.

’ĢStore drinking water and some canned foods. When they start reaching 2 years for the canned food or 6 months for bottled water, you should consume them starting from the oldest batch.

•Each time you go buy groceries, start buying an extra canned food, write down the expiration date on it with a marker, and store it in a cool dark place.

•Find one person who can be your out-of-state contact.

•Find a backpack you're not using and place items that may come handy for emergency situations.

•Flashlight near or under your bed.

•Write down and post nearest police/ fire department telephone number.

•Go to your local fire department and receive training.
(HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and it's never too late). For next classes of San Francisco check up NERT. (We have attended this and it was a most amazing experience)

For other cities check up CERT.

•Read this FREE Earthquake Book.

•Or email us and we can give you suggestions. (vr@sfinterlink.com)
